La personne choisie devra travailler en collaboration avec le reste des départements concernés et ses principales tâches seront les suivantes :
· Gestion commerciale du segment MICE et Corporate dans les zones potentielles.
· Mise en place de protocoles et de procédures pour le positionnement, la création et la structuration du portefeuille de clients et des potentiels contacts.
· Envoi d´un rapport au directeur des ventes en fonction de la réalisation des objectifs et des protocoles mise en place.
· Contact permanent avec le portefeuille de clients créé, suivi de tous les comptes commerciaux sous sa responsabilité et mise en place d'opérations d'amélioration pour parvenir à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie.
· Prospection du marché pour l'élargissement du portefeuille de clients et visites aux clients potentiels.
· Suivi des demandes des clients MICE envoyées aux hôtels pour une correcte cotation de l'événement.
· Participation á des workshops, des foires internationales, des sales calls et à d'autres actions commerciales.
· Réalisations de site inspections aux clients potentiels
· Fidélisation des entreprises clientes par le biais d'accords de partenariat et de tarifs négociés.
Que recherchons-nous ?
· Une personne ayant une vocation pour le monde de l'hôtellerie avec une expérience significative dans le segment MICE et Corporate.
· Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire, avec un haut niveau d'anglais et de formation en Tourisme
· Attitude positive et bonnes aptitudes d´organisation et communication.
· Connaissance du marché Marocain
