VISIOTECH is a wholesale company based in Madrid, dedicated to the sale and distribution of video surveillance equipment and solutions across Europe and North Africa. To support the strong business growth in recent years, we are looking to add a Sales/Account Manager to our team.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Country Manager for Benelux, Nordics, Poland & DACH, you will join our team to work on developing the distribution of Security and Networking products, as well as managing pre and post-sales activities for the assigned client portfolio, both over the phone and via email.

The position will be based in Madrid in a hybrid model, and its main functions will include:

* Advising customers on orders (order processing, anomalies, etc.).
* Providing technical pre- and post-sales advice in the Networking (router, switch, access point, etc.) and security (TVCC, Intrusion, Access Control, etc.) fields.
* Searching for substitute products (cross-selling).
* Identifying customer needs to tailor the best product offering in every situation.
* Calling customers to increase their purchases or to recover those who no longer buy.
* Attracting new customers or business areas.
* Reporting market information and providing action plans.
* Supporting the marketing department (advertising material, newsletters, etc.).

Requisitos mínimos
We are seeking a professional with both commercial and technical expertise. We are looking for an individual who is decisive, responsible, and organized, committed to the company's goals, works well in a team, and has the ability to adapt to changing situations and the company's evolution. The following requirements must be met:

* Native German speaker. Spanish is appreciated, not mandatory.
* Demonstrable experience in sales and client management.
* Proficiency in office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
