Buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo de profesionales en Madrid un Experto ITSM.

· Requirements:
-Act like other ITSM and Monitoring Expert.
-Identify Chapter members in Squads (even other than his)
-Create and facilitate chapter members meeting to exchange ideas, get help on challenges and discuss new technologies
-Help and coach chapter members which needs him
-Act as a servant leader

· Field and level of qualification:
-Fluency in English (spoken and written)

· Experience:
-Minimum 3 years defining and implementing ITSM processes in complex corporate environments.

· Specific technical knowledge and skills:
-Knowledge and experience on one or more of the following technologies:
·Strong Knowledge of Service Now or other ITIL Based applications, ITIL v3 foundations, lean IT v3
·Minimum of 3 years' experience in areas such as IT processes analysis and implementation.
·Proven and demonstrated analytical skills.
·Proven and demonstrated communication and presentation skills.
·Solid knowledge of escalation matrixes

-Knowledge and experience on one or more of the following tools:
·Service Now, Remedy, Jira,

· Job misión:
oShe/He will be in charge of the definition; implementation, evolution and governance of the IT Processes based in ITIL process framework.
oResponsible for building and maintain a multi-unit ticketing system, that leverages IT Service management
